Warning: Not! For The Weak Hearted
During the dark ages, men had raised their swords to create havoc and terrorize any unclaimed land and property. They shed blood not to protect and guard their land but to protect their self-interest and goal. They gained their pride and glory by taking innocent lives, cutting down trees and raping weak women who could only lie helplessly while multiple men savaged her long kept throne. Men were hungry for blood; women were used and treated no more deserving than animals. They were napkins. Worn, thrown & replaced. Men acted as if nobody had ever knocked on their front door. They worshipped stones carved by their own hands, shaped their idols using the tools made by them hoping that these gods would ascertain their harvest and livestock were always in good hands; fat, healthy & strong.
The political system was merely there to be used to oppress the weak in the society, elevated those who were high in stature and only those who had the most money was heard. Angry and distressed faces were kept in dark corners while the corrupt shun. There was injustice. Innocent strong men were put behind bars and slashed while the wrong roamed the streets with a pat over his shoulder. The society was deranged and confused. They followed the judicial system which was designed to right the wrong and wronged the right. Authority and power were misused.
Bribery was a common tool of getting works done, fast. The poor only waited their papers to be eaten by termites. Each man had their game planned and knew what their main goal was; more money and women. They made sure that their plans were implemented effectively and efficiently at all cost even if it meant the loss of life. They were focused to brush the minorities in the community and let their life intertwined between deaths and being alive. These minorities lived as corpse. They were jailed and their movements were constricted. Chains were holding them down and metal balls made them moved almost as slow as the tortoise but eventually declared success at a later stage. Slow but surely.
The economy was based on muscles and only little knowledge was applied in the transactions. Scales were manipulated. Goods were monopolized. Those who had knowledge could no longer withstand the pressure of being righteous. Garments and precious stones the poor sold were snatched away from them and were only given a few dimes in return. Super discounts were given to those who owned a slave and rode mammals with four legs. These people were praised and exalted until they became proud and superfluous; nobody is above me. Little or no discount was given to the less fortunate. Those who were in bad shape and in need of shelter and warmth get little or no discount. They were left in the cold, shivering and coughing under conditions below zero degree nights.
There was no order. The social enigma continued to be plundered by uncontrollable shocking cultural behaviors which were adopted by those who travelled outside their home. But this influence was not entirely brought in by the latter, in fact, this invincible influence sneaked in the homes of the nation, even homes that were built to hold firm from the effect of a nuclear blast were poisoned. Those who realized these happenings could only witness this awful conundrum to build up and burst. Family ties were strong but was not able to save its members from going off course. All were proud with what they had inherited. Their ancestors had taught them practices & values which made people suffer and the inheritors made sure that all old traditional custom & values were kept alive and carried out even if it meant sacrificing future joy.
Because of this disorder, few had trouble breathing. They held what they knew and waited until the right moment arrived. They conducted check ups on each other weekly just so that none of its members were left entangling between black and white. They made sure that the objectives were clear and they were kept focused. They knew something had to be done. If they waited for the angles from above to destroy this soil, they will still be held responsible for the deterioration of human civilization. The burden was on and everybody played their role. Each words body language and facial expression had to be synchronized in a way that even a blind man recognized. Everything had to be perfect.
The stage was set and everyone was ready to play their part. The slightest mistake could only mean disaster. Every move and conversation were tabbed that communication often led to confusion. Plans clashed and people frowned. Run but to where. Equipped with an object sharper than a blade, all spread out, to straighten out the crooked path performed by those who did not know. Not many people were willing to listen, let alone accept. Those who had power were entirely against it because all that was told were against what they have practiced. Accepting it would mean fairness and no more taking advantage of others. Everyone would have a fair share of the pie. They were scared to lose their power and authority. Status quo was at its peak.
Nonetheless, that did not deter this mission. They would still continue to endure the mental pain & continuous distress. They were patience in carrying out this noble duty even though its glory could not be tasted instantly. Rise and let there be no ignorance that roves .
