There is nothing wrong if the hijab isn't long enough except that you might be in a risk of being raped or being assaulted or the related by ill minded men or women.(sicko)
Imagine a crook who accidentally saw something 'shiny', 'precious' & 'untouchable' in a jewelery store. Few seconds later, his mind began to wonder how it would 'feel' like to have something so valuable.
His corrupted mind would start to imagine, holding, touching and caressing that 'precious stone' during wake and sleep. That made him so eager and more so keen to have it. So, everyday, he would go to the store and do some homework, at least to have some idea of how many security guards or how many security cams there may be.
After devising his master plan, he then finally get his plan into action. What he imagined not so long ago now has become his own.
The point here is that, if the hijab isn't long it must be short and when its short, the shape of the woman's breasts or body structure maybe showing. This in fact, will arouse man around the world and is one of the major causes of accidents in the U.S. especially on the highway.(billboard signs)
Islam taught its followers to cover up (both for men and especially women) to show decency and to protect yourself from any unwanted incidents.
So, its not just about if the hijab is long enough, its also about the whole package. Tight jeans, mini skirts or whatever that shows your whole or parts of the body is a NO NO in Islam. Except to your legally married husband or wife;P
